• Q: How does the onboarding process work?

  A:

  As a new business client, we initially ask that you have an initial Business Services – Discovery Session with us. During this initial consultation, we’ll have a relaxed discussion about you, your business, history, goals & any requirements or services that you are looking for. Once we have had an opportunity to know each other and established your business needs going forward, we will prepare an engagement letter for you outlining our agreed services, terms & fees. We will then contact you with your next steps on how we will on board you from there and commence our professional engagement with you.

• Q: Do you offer business service packages?

  A:

  In short, yes! Our full-service offering will generally provide everything you need for the accounting & tax requirements of your business. We want you to spend your time on what you do best. That said, we will tailor the services we provide to suit your business needs where possible. Whether you want complete end to end accounting & tax services with business advisory assistance or if you would rather have the basic tax compliance services, we will tailor package that’s just right for you.

• Q: Do you offer financial advisory & planning?

  A:

  As qualified CPA accounting & registered tax professionals, our scope of expertise we can provide you with quality tax strategy, planning & advice to minimise & manage your tax and to help grow your business. Our team also have qualifications as finance & mortgage broking which means we can find finance solutions best suited to you and your business. We can discuss & advise on property investment in conjunction with taxation and finance considerations. We can also broadly speak about other financial matters, tax & compliance matters of self-managed superannuation and general asset classes within the scope of taxation and general business. However, we currently do not provide specific or personalised financial advice which includes investing in shares, managed funds, other financial products, personal insurance (eg. life & income protection) and specific planning around superannuation contributions or suitability of superannuation investment. The financial advisory industry is heavily regulated & as we are not licenced financial planners, we are unable to advise you on investments.

• Q: What accounting & bookkeeping software are you experienced in?

  A:

  Our Accountants & Bookkeepers have extensive experience in a range of software such as Quickbooks Online, Xero & MYOB, Reckon, Dext & Hubdoc. While have worked with many other smaller providers also, these are our favourites!

• Q: Help! My business has fallen behind on it’s tax & accounting obligations. Can you help?
