Q: What does a mortgage broker do?

Mortgage brokers are accredited finance professionals who specialise in helping people find the most suitable loan for them to achieve their goals. We gather information to assess your borrowing capacity, your individual needs, financial & life goals. We then compare multiple lenders & products to find the most suitable loan options to present to you to decide on. Once you have chosen the most appropriate option for you, we then gather necessary information & apply for the loan on your behalf.
Q: Do you charge fees for finance services?
A:
Our ordinary residential home & investment mortgage broking services come at no cost to you – when your loan is approved, we will receive a commission from the lender for bringing new clients to them. This doesn’t affect your loan repayments or interest rates.
We may quote you a direct upfront fee where there are extraordinary services required.
Q: Which lenders do you deal with?

We have over 30 lenders on our panel, all the major and smaller lenders you may know of. A comprehensive list of current accreditations will be provided to you in our Credit Guide which we provide to you in your initial consultation.

Q: Why should I use a broker rather than going directly through a bank?
A:
When you try to get a loan through a bank, they will only present their bank’s products to you & within their policies. Some of these products may not suit your needs, or there may be a better solutions with a different provider.
